Shameless Plugs #10 & 11

Might be the last couple of these for awhile -- as the stuff I'm working on at the moment consists of revisions to existing curriculum and thus harder to take credit for -- but this will suffice probably until the next writing assignment and/or project comes along....

     So: Edited this 'un...

     And wrote for this 'un...

I'll probably be back with something a bit more personal later this week, as I think I've come to some resolution concerning one of my quandaries of the last several months (actually, it's not so much an answer as a shift in perspective, but baby steps... baby steps...)...

Thanks, faaraa. They're both largely ministry-idea-type books, so while they're useful they may or may not be down yr alley. You could hit the smallgroupministry.com link to the left and find similar samples of what I do at Group (as well as currently see my smiling face there :)).

You might have a hard time finding the books in a "mainstream bookstore." Some of our stuff is carried there--and I'd highly recommend Erwin McManus' An Unstoppable Force--but the more idea/study-type stuff usually isn't on, say, a Barnes and Noble shelf. You can definitely find them at amazon (or maybe B&N.com), though.

There. More information than you probably needed or wanted. That's what I do, though. :)

It's also worth noting that in these cases I'm one of many authors, so it won't have a by-line under my particular contributions. My chapter in the Emergency Response Handbook awhile back had one, but that's more the exception than the rule. We do a lot of work-for-hire here, and tap each other on the shoulders a lot too (hey, it's an extra paycheck :)).

There. Even MORE potentially extraneous information. :)
